In Memory of Chunk

This past June, our sweet bulldog boy lost his fight with cancer, passing away at home with his loving parents. Chunk did not have an easy life early on. He was given up to the French Bulldog Rescue Network when he was just a few years old. His first foster parents returned him after one week because they felt he was too difficult. His second foster home found Chunky with an amazing foster Mom, Ms. Joanne, who showed him the love he always deserved. We fell in love with him when we first saw his profile on FBRN's website, telling us that "Chunk the Hunk is ready for adoption."

Chunky came to us, his forever home, three years ago transforming our loving relationship into a loving family. Chunker loved giving kisses, cuddling, long walks, playing tug of war, car rides, going to the beach, and most of all he loved being with his people. He arrived in Tanzania after a long flight that took him from NYC to Zurich to Nairobi and finally to Dar es Salaam. The boy could not be kept from his family. He will be forever missed.

We will love you always sweet bulldog boy.

Love,
Mommy and Daddy
