In Memory of Belle Shrum

Our precious Belle has passed over the rainbow bridge today 2/2/2013 at 5:15 p.m.

She had been going downhill fast in the last few days and our vet had concluded that she was quite confident that Belle had a brain tumor that was causing her symptoms. Today she struggled to stand and when she was able to stand she stumbled and fell over. She had 2 seizures this week and after talking to our vet we felt it was best to help her cross over. Our brains said it was for the best but our hearts, oh our hearts, said no! It can't be!

Back in April of 2002 she picked Ray out and sat with him over 20 minutes when we went from Selma to Bryson city just to look at her and Baron. We are so thankful to the French Bullddog Rescue for allowing us to be blessed to have her and Baron for almost 11 years.

God Bless

Ray and Teresa Shrum
